CONTENT POLICY
Effective Date: June 19, 2025
At Graphix Made®, we are committed to providing creative services with professionalism, transparency, and respect for all individuals. This Content Policy outlines the standards we follow and expect our clients to adhere to when submitting content for design, development, or publishing. It ensures that all projects reflect ethical, legal, and inclusive practices across every platform and audience.
1. Acceptable Content
We accept content that is respectful, legal, and aligns with community standards. This includes business-related text, images, videos, logos, slogans, and marketing messages. Content should reflect your brand positively and not contain offensive, harmful, or misleading material. We encourage creativity but reserve the right to decline any content that may be considered inappropriate or damaging to your reputation or ours. All submitted materials must be original or legally licensed for use.
2. Prohibited Content
We strictly prohibit content that promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, adult or sexually explicit material, illegal activity, discrimination, false claims, or misleading advertising. This also includes the distribution of malware, spam, or any content that encourages unlawful behavior. Submitting such materials may result in the immediate cancellation of your project without refund. We are committed to keeping our creative environment safe, respectful, and compliant with global standards.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to Graphix Made is lawful, accurate, and free from third-party rights violations. This includes images, logos, text, videos, and trademarks. If your content contains copyrighted material, you must have full rights or licenses to use it. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from unauthorized content. We recommend reviewing all assets carefully before submitting them for project use.
4. Content Review and Refusal Rights
We review all submitted content to ensure it complies with this policy. If any material is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, we reserve the right to decline its use in a project. In such cases, we will request alternative content or offer revisions aligned with our guidelines. Repeated submission of restricted content may result in termination of services. Our team maintains the final decision regarding what content we accept for production and publication.
5. Edits and Modifications
We may edit or adapt submitted content to better suit the design, layout, or technical requirements of your project, but we will not alter the meaning or intent without your approval. Clients will have the opportunity to review any changes before the content is finalized. We aim to preserve your original message while enhancing visual and functional presentation. All edits are made with respect for your brand and creative goals.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
If your project involves user-generated content—such as customer testimonials, comments, or product reviews—you must ensure that the content is collected with proper permission and adheres to ethical and privacy standards. We are not responsible for monitoring UGC, but we can provide design support for displaying it. You assume full responsibility for any legal or reputational issues that arise from publishing user-generated content on your website or digital platforms.
7. Third-Party Content
We may use third-party stock images, icons, fonts, or templates within your project, depending on its scope. These elements are licensed through approved providers and are subject to their individual usage rights. Clients may not reuse or redistribute these assets beyond the agreed project without proper licensing. We will notify you if additional commercial licenses are required for specific elements. Respecting third-party rights is part of maintaining ethical design practices.
8. Copyright and Ownership
All content created by Graphix Made, including text, visuals, templates, and layouts, remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, ownership of the final content transfers to you, excluding any third-party licensed assets. Drafts, mockups, and preliminary materials are not to be used or published unless included in the final approved design. This helps protect the creative process and maintain professional standards.
9. Content Storage and Backup
While your content is stored securely during the project timeline, we do not guarantee long-term file storage after completion. We recommend downloading and backing up all final deliverables once the project ends. If content recovery is needed later, additional fees may apply if files are still retrievable. You are responsible for maintaining a copy of all approved designs, especially for critical brand materials or recurring campaigns.
10. Reporting Policy Violations
If you believe that content within a project violates this policy or infringes on your rights, please contact us immediately at graphixmade@gmail.com. We take all concerns seriously and will investigate reported issues promptly. We also reserve the right to report illegal content to the appropriate authorities. Your feedback helps us maintain a safe and ethical workspace for all clients and collaborators.
