Since every project we take on is tailored specifically for each client, we aim to maintain transparency and professionalism when it comes to payments and refund expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may or may not be granted, ensuring a fair process for both parties. By using our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.


1. General Policy

Due to the personalized nature of digital services such as web design, branding, and content creation, all sales are generally final once a project has commenced. Refunds are not issued automatically and are only considered under specific conditions. We encourage clients to clearly review service details, ask questions, and confirm deliverables before making any payments. Our goal is always to deliver results that align with your expectations. However, if you believe there is a justifiable reason for a refund, you may submit a written request, which will be reviewed fairly. We believe in transparent communication and will work with you to resolve any concerns as efficiently as possible.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if the following conditions are met:

  • No actual design or development work has started.
  • No files, drafts, or visual assets have been shared with the client.
  • The project is cancelled by you before any creative process has begun.
  • We are unable to start or complete the project due to internal or technical limitations.

If any time, effort, or creative work has been invested in your project, only a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed. Our refund decisions are based on a careful evaluation of the project timeline, scope, and the value already delivered.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You change your mind after project work has already started.
  • You are unhappy with the design for personal or subjective reasons despite following the agreed brief.
  • You fail to provide content, approvals, or communication in a timely manner.
  • The work delivered matches the scope of services as outlined in the agreement or proposal.
  • You misuse the delivered materials without full payment.
  • You request services that were not included in the original proposal without paying for add-ons.

To avoid these issues, we recommend open and frequent communication throughout the project timeline.


4. Deposit Payments

Most services offered by Graphix Made require a non-refundable deposit to confirm and begin the project. This deposit secures your place in our work schedule and covers the time spent in early consultation, planning, and concept development. If the project is cancelled before any design or development begins, a partial refund of the deposit may be considered. However, once work has started, deposits become non-refundable. We advise clients to be fully committed before confirming and paying a deposit.


5. Service Revisions Over Refunds

Our top priority is client satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with the initial results, we offer a set number of revisions (as specified in your proposal) to refine the work based on your feedback. Refunds are not issued if the option to revise remains open. Clients are encouraged to take advantage of revision opportunities to make adjustments. We believe most issues can be resolved through proper communication and collaboration, rather than cancellation. Only when revision options are exhausted without resolution will we consider refund discussions.


6. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the issue occurring. Requests received after this window may not be considered. Your request should include a detailed explanation of your concern, what has been delivered so far, and why a refund is being requested. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5–7 business days. We value your time and will work promptly to address any concerns and offer solutions where possible.


7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests sent via social media, chat, or third-party platforms will not be processed. Your email should include the service purchased, date of payment, and the reason for your request. We will assess the situation and respond with our decision. Please keep in mind that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.


8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction. Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment systems.


9. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Filing a dispute without first contacting us may result in the termination of services and disqualification from future projects. We take all complaints seriously and are willing to discuss resolutions in a fair, respectful, and professional manner.


10. Policy Revisions and Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in our business model, services, or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
