3. Payment Terms
All payment details are clearly defined in your project proposal or agreement. Most services require an upfront deposit before we begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before any final deliverables are released. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Late or incomplete payments may lead to service suspension or delay, and in some cases, additional fees may apply. If alternative arrangements are required, they must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the project begins. We are committed to transparency in pricing and ensuring that you receive full value for the services paid for.
4. Intellectual Property
Until full payment is made, Graphix Made® retains ownership of all designs, materials, and drafts created during your project. Once your final payment is received, full ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. However, this does not include any third-party content—such as licensed stock images, fonts, or plugins—which may come with their own terms and restrictions. These assets remain subject to their respective licenses and may not be transferred. If you require full rights or commercial use licenses for such third-party elements, we can guide you through the appropriate purchase or licensing process. Respecting intellectual property rights ensures ethical and legal usage for both parties.
5. Revisions and Approvals
Each service package includes a defined number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe during the project. If the number of revisions exceeds what’s included in the agreement, extra charges may apply. Timely feedback from you is essential to avoid project delays. We encourage open communication and welcome your input throughout the process. Once a deliverable is approved, additional changes may not be possible without incurring additional fees. Please review each draft carefully to ensure all requested updates are made before final approval. Clear communication helps us maintain efficiency and deliver the best possible results.
6. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services at any time if a client violates these Terms of Service, fails to make agreed payments, or displays inappropriate or abusive behavior toward our team. Service disruption may also occur if there are repeated delays in communication or approvals. If termination is initiated on our part, any partial work completed may be delivered depending on the payment status. Clients may also request to cancel a project at any time. However, any eligible refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. We aim to resolve conflicts professionally, but we also prioritize protecting our team and business operations.
7. Disclaimers
Graphix Made® provides services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, flawless, or error-free performance. While we strive to deliver outstanding results, final outcomes may vary due to factors outside our control—such as third-party platform changes, evolving algorithms, or client responsiveness. We make every effort to meet deadlines and project goals, but circumstances may occasionally require adjustments. We do not make warranties regarding specific business results, web traffic increases, or social media performance. Clients are responsible for implementing the delivered assets effectively. We are always available for guidance, but ultimate success also depends on how the materials are used post-delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Graphix Made® shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, business interruptions, or reputational damage. While we take strong measures to ensure the quality and reliability of our work, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the agreed scope of service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question. Clients are advised to review all deliverables before use and to maintain backups of all files. We recommend using final designs responsibly and within intended purposes.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes may reflect updates in our services, legal obligations, or business practices. When changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage clients to review this page regularly to stay informed.
